after 2 weeks in italy, we succeded to finish our show during a street theater festival, bring our cart around italy on their trains, spend 4 days in venice, both get sick, ride a train to trieste, push the cart up a mountain to the border with slovenia, get refused at the border because we arent EU people, and now abandoning the cart and our show and travelling much lighter! the terrain was getting a little too mountainous for the cart anyhow. we will produce a treasure map for anyone brave enough to try and find it!!

Hey Nick,
glad to hear you got some drugs and you're feeling better? Did you have to go to a doctor to get a script or did you just walk in to the pharmacy and get what you wanted? After 'losing' the cart, will you be able to get across the border? Where will you be catching your return flight, when that time comes? Will you still have a bike to bring home with you or are you leaving that there? I know, I know, so many questions! That's my job, to ask you all these questions! Inquiring minds want to know!

Its good to hear from you. We were starting to think they had thrown you over board between Barcelona and Italy.We hope you have better luck as you continue your journey. Are you riding or are you still hoofing it?
A friend of mine just got back from Croatia and he said its beautiful.
Beaches like the Riviera. He brought me back a stone, so when you get there and you notice one missing , you'll know where it is.
We're looking forward to hearing all your stories.and seeing more pictures.

I am SO eager for this 'map' there, it sounds like a great time you're having....are you EVER gonna wanna come back after seeing country like this?
I hope your mom & dad will wanna have a party so you can tell us ALL ALLLLL about your trip and we can see all the tons of pix that we hoping you have!
Bike or no bike Nick, you are UNbelievable, I can't get a lot from you blog, as it's only a few sentences for every week or so you're there and, just the fact that you're not on here everyday speaks VOLUMES. I'm starting to get jealous that I never had the desire to travel across countries! I guess I'll just live vicariously through you!
