ok, so i left Delft yesterday, rode to almost the belgium border, and camped out in a wooded area, now i was awoken at 5am by rain, (first rain i have encountered on this trip) and decided to break camp and head further south, in the nice SOAKING rain... i rolled into antwerp at 9am and ducked under a cafe overhang for a couple hours and read. i also got to realize a couple of my ziploc bags didnt hold up so a book or two got pretty wet. i got a 25€ room for the night, and right now my stuff is scattered about it trying to dry. tomorrow i plan to bike to robaix france, but i think itll also rain tomorrow. wish me good times!

well, it sounds like so far you are enjoying yourself, even though you got a bit wet. I wish you'd have said something to me, as I had a few of those plastic bags that were supposed to be weatherproof? Oh well, next trip, huh? So, have you lost tons of weight pedaling that bike around with all your stuff? Or are you enjoying a lot of that good food to compensate?
Just remember, we miss you and just want you to have a great adventure so that you can come back and share them all with us! Take lots of pictures!

You should ask random people in the village if they know of a place to stay...most likely they will let you stay with them ! And also look harder...you could easily find a hostel for 9 ish euro. I would invest in a good European hosteling book...it would be really helpful.
